I used to come to this Starbuck's all the time pre-2020 (ie. Before the covid lockdown insanity started). I visited this... location for the first time post-covid yesterday, and let me just say I was stunned at the changes implemented by the eliteall-knowing ruling class at the corporate level. Firstly, let me just say that this complaint has nothing to do with the staff-- they are all sweethearts and very professional and friendly. My issue is with this bizarre corporate entity, and the way theythink. The changes I noticed at this location (which I was informed are mandated at all locations): - no more cream or sugarfor customers, you must tell the cashier how you want your coffee - no more nice comfy couch style chairs, just all wooden seatsand tables now. - no more display kiosk showing the various desserts and food items -- you look at the menu now, and try tovisualize it on your own. - do they still sell the apple fritter or blueberry scone? Nobody knows because there is no displayanymore. - want extra cream or sugar? You ask the cashier, because leaving sugar and cream on the self_service bar may increasethe chance of transmitting covid according to the all knowing corporate know-it-all beaurocrats. - not open 24 hours a dayanymore All in all, not the same Starbuck's experience anymore. Which is why I will not be stepping my foot into this or anyother SB going forward. Great work Starbuck's! Let's keep everyone safe and completely destroy the original concept. No thanks,you can go on with that but not me. Now there is nothing special about this location compared to the Tim Horton's right besideit, which is still open 24 hours! Read more
Been coming here for years. Possibly my favourite Starbucks location. Fast and efficient. Lots of parking spots, outdoor and... indoor seating area. The staff has always been welcoming and nice. No issues with drinks/food. Read more
The pineapple passion fruit drink tasted like liquid carcinogenic plastic created by aliens to trick humans into thinking that... they're drinking a refreshing drink from planet earth. Reminds me of the river water from back home infused with chemical dyesfrom the leather factories. Only reason I gave an extra star is because of the nostalgia. Read more
Is getting hot !!!! Finally after a long winter in Toronto so my bf and i decided to get some refreshing beverages and OMG!!!... Soo delicious i got the the mango lemonade dragonfruit and my bf got the peachy lemonade they are so tasty , the flavors arewell mixed , i came to try them cu my bf always get these summer drinks and they look so yummy. My favourite Starbucks! They always make my drink perfectly and the drive thru is so convenient. The baristas is always so nice!... I wish they were 24hrs again :( Read more
My absolute favourite location! I would rather put in a little extra effort to get to this location than just walk down to the... one inside Metro in our condominium plaza. The staff here is always SO polite and have never gotten my order wrong? whetherthere's a rush, I order through Uber, or even if I place a large order. This is a disappointing Starbucks location. They often makes the drinks wrong (they taste very different and worse here compared... to buying the exact order at another Starbucks location). It's cool that they have a drive thru and I think this is why they arealways busy. Staff are friendly. Read more
