Local watering hole, came during covid 19 but dine in was still possible. Decent bar with decent food as well, service is... friendly enough but could be slightly more attentive. Theres also a nice bacl patio. Decent pricing though so I woulddefinitely return amd I would recommend this place to those looking for a chill place to have some drinks or a bite to eatwithout all the frills and fuss. Read more
Actually a lovely place with a great atmosphere however I don?t think I?ve ever experienced such rude service from a bartender... in all of my years of living in Toronto. The woman working on Sep 5th evening was extremely rude and acted like every order wasa huge inconvenience and despite us being polite and asking basic questions about the menu she would just mutter stuff under herbreath about how dumb our questions were. My husband and I were having a great night on their back patio, it was our first time here. Drinks were cheap and good and food... was pretty good. The vibe was chill and we were happy with everything. Then when we got our bill, there was a random charge atthe bottom that said ?double vodka $7? I asked the serve because our other drinks were listed above and we didn?t order this oneand she gave me a very weird explanation about how the drink I ordered was a double (it clearly says 1oz on the menu, it was thesquirly seltzer and I did not order it any differently) and she explained that their POS system punches it in this way etc. Ididn?t really know what to say and felt awkward so we paid but when I left I couldn?t help but feel like we were taken advantageof. I didn?t order a double, I don?t think I drank a double and I don?t care about $7 but it was just a disappointing way to enda nice evening. I called back but there was apparently no management on site to hear me out about the weird experience. Read more
They have a super cozy, hidden patio in the back that is great place to hang with friends. Their drinks menu is super extensive... and we had a great time. All the drinks and food items were also quite affordable. The nachos were on special for $7 andcocktail specials were $10. Really great food and drinks at very reasonable prices. The atmosphere does feel run down a bit but no complaints. Good service... as well. Had a cocktail, quesadilla, beer pitcher and a 12 inch pizza. All really good. Read more
We have been wanting to visit this place for a while now. We finally visited on the weekend, they have a good selection of... liquors for cocktails. Their draft beer list is minimal, and all craft. It was nice to try something new. What was interestingwas that they don't have a deep fryer! Their chicken wings are grilled and SO YUMMY! We also had the nachos which weredelicious. Loved the set up and the lighting. It felt like an old style cocktail bar. Overall everything was great, just wishthey had a larger beer selection. Really nice vibes and chill environment. It kinda feels like chilling in a cozy backyard patio with your friends. Would... definitely come here again.
