Quiet little place with a great selection of finer beers. Now trying samplers in shot glasses isn't a good way to get the true... flavour of a beer. -1 star less for that BUT at least they did give out samples if you were curious about a particularbeer. Food is so amazing and the bar has so many options that is hard to just go not keep coming back. I had the Veggie Burger and... Somersby apple cider. SO refreshing and delicious. And the Indian style pouting was really surprising! I will keep going becauseI really enjoyed the service and food. The servings are really generous!!! Even the drinks are. And in terms of pricing, it wasis really worth the money. The rest of my friends had schnitzel and club sandwich and all of them really enjoyed the meal. Yes,the kitchen gets busy and sometimes it takes more than 20 minutes but IT IS WORTH the waiting. I will be back for sure! Read more
This extraordinary gem has the most amazing beer selection I have ever seen. Coupled with the decor of an English Pub, and the... songs of the beetles piping through, the effect is almost like having been transported through time. I felt like I'd been gentlyyanked out of 21st century Toronto to Turn of the Century England, complete with a couple of minstrels that sought no tip. Fantastic beer place but very slow service. We visited here on Monday for a dinner. Beer menu was amazing, they had a lot of... unique beers that you don?t normally see in other restaurants or LCBO. Also they have a picture of different serving glass onthe menu for each beer. However, service was extremely slow even though restaurant was empty. We could already tell they arevery much understaffed, so no blame. We had to wait almost 20 minutes to get our two glasses of beer also we never got water forthe table even though we asked. I hope they have more staff next time I visit here again. I would love to come back and trymore beer. Read more
Okay, I've been here 3 times so I can finally say that it's one of my favorite pubs in Toronto! Staff is super friendly, great... selections of beers and food is amazing. Great atmosphere with friendly staff and a wide range of beer. Food was delicious. The washroom was very funny and I guess it... looks funnier if you?re tipsy! The only downside was that the food could be served a little earlier and it is a littlepricy. Overall, It is a good place for a nigh out with your significant other but not the best place for hanging out with yourfriends, in my opinion. Read more

Always one of my stop by places when in the city. Love the triple sausage meal. Tons of beer selection. Would like to have more... options of non-alcoholic beers and there are a lot of them out there. I know it's a bar but some people don't drink in themiddle of the day and how can you have German sausages without beer???????? Read more
