This place is really so-so. The matcha/red bean drink still had chunks of un-blended ice in it, not a consistent taste and I... wouldn't call this a quality drink. Will not be going back. Read more

A small Sharetea location on Harbourfront. Feels like it needs a lot more attention decor-wise. Service is reliable, ordering is... easy and beverages are consistent with the other Sharetea stores. This feels more like a grab-and-go store vs a sit-downlocation. They are available on Ritual, Skip and UberEats as well! They have the same menu as other Shareteas with all thecustomizations for sugar and ice levels. The tapioca and beverage tasted consistent. If you need to satisfy a craving, it'll do.Like the other stores, there's always a limited-time or special offer happening. Nothing too spectacular, they have AC in thestore. There's also a small extra space in this unit that is not taken care of (looks like it belonged to another unit orsomething but takes away from the experience. Read more

As its name suggests, this bubble tea store is situated close to the waterfront, so it's convenient to grab for a walk along the... harbour. The store location itself is not overly prominent, and the dark tinted windows means you can't see inside duringdaytime. There's a couple of tables inside, but this branch feels more like a takeaway venue or quick-drink, possibly due to thewaterfront area location. Although not a tea, but still a Sharetea recommendation, I ordered the coffee creama with pearls (30%sugar, less ice), even though it wasn't displayed on the TV menus which makes me wonder if they're hiding any other menuitems. At 30% sugar with pearls, the drink definitely didn't need more sweetness so I'm glad I didn't get it with regularsugar. Otherwise I was satisfied with the coffee creama combination, giving me my coffee hit for the day. Read more

The tea quality is good. There is a decent amount of tapioca and I can taste the black tea. It can be a bit slow in the warmer... months when more people are ordering. They also support ritual.co, so that's a good option for ordering ahead. Read more

I'm a regular at Sharetea for their drinks, and service at other location are always so good. However, today I experienced... something not quite pleasant. I bought my favourite green tea creama to go and ask for cream in a separate cup because I travelfar and don't want the creme to melt in with the tea by the time I get home. I do that all the time and the staff are often veryunderstanding and accommodating (and that's why I stick with Sharetea!). However, they refused to do it for me here today unlessI pay an extra 50 cents. Fine, I'd rather have a good experience with my tea so yes, I paid extra to get my tea tasted rightwhen I get home. My drink was packed up with another drink so I didn't pay attention, until I get home and realized I GOTCHARGED FOR A LARGE DRINK BUT GOT A SMALL CUP WITH A BIG SPACE ON TOP. I got fed up and called the store, the staff that pickedup the phone sounded very indifferent and the way they handled the situation was very unprofessional. They first offered to getme A FREE UPSIZE/ TOPPING (which has the exact value of 50 cents that they mis-charged me) to compensate this incident. Theyonly offer a free drink for my next visit after I expressed how mad I was and how that free upsize thing wasn't right at all,cuz it's basically the amount of money they took from me today. I'm not that kind of person who fights over 50 cents, but if thestaff was little more professional, I wouldn't have to write this review. I hope sharetea is aware of how competitive the bubbletea market is right now, and if they don't treat their regulars right, don't ask why their business is not growing. There are areason. Read more

Guy was nice taking my order. I ordered 3 drinks, the Monday special, Coca Creama, Kiwi Peach tea, and milk tea. There was only... one other worker, and the drinks came in a realsonable amount time. Place is quite small but it?s expected for the location.Drinks taste pretty good my friend really likes the kiwi peach tea. Read more

Service is VERY SLOW. It seems it's run by a family where husband is cashier and wife is the artiste. For 1 bubble tea, had to... wait for over 8 mins. Taste is good. Read more

The service was quick and the location is alright but the biggest thing is that the bubble tea just did not seem to taste good... at all. We had four people get their own but it wasn't as good as I'd hoped. The tapioca was good but the bubble tea itself wasless than what we expected. Read more
