I love the staff behind the counter. They know exactly what I want. I was treated much better at this location. I got my two... americanos with almond milk, a lemon cranberry scone, a green tea, and a coffee with three cream, no sugar. Customer service wason point. I'll keep coming back. Read more

I bought a large yogurt with toppings and it was half empty. Really not worth the money
Seem warm and friendly to other customers but oddly enough the person who's there in the morning barely even bothers to look at... me. Not a fan of differential treatment and I have some ideas as to why it's happening but I can only be left wondering. Acouple of bad experiences didn't deter me but when I pointed out they overcharged me for a drink the person behind the counterinsisted I was wrong and that I had actually been undercharged. Spoke to another person who worked there, who was super helpful,and they realized that I had indeed been overcharged. The initial server seemed exasperated at even the thought and even when herealized his error failed to do anything. That's fine I guess. Unfortunate because I hadn't done anything wrong and was onlypointing out what seemed like a harmless mistake, but it seemed like they took it extremely personally. The guy who attended me was nice and considerate. He pointed out that the bananas were still green and asked if I still wanted... smoothies. He was fast, It took him about 5~ minutes to complete the 3 drinks on his own. Read more
This is a nice Second Cup location with an excellent light meal facility. The also have Pinkberry frozen yogurt onsite. There is... ample seating for working on laptops. It is a cozy student hangout with free Wi-Fi and is reasonably quiet for studying. Thebathroom is wheelchair accessible, clean and well maintained. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. Staff are friendly andcourteous. Recommend the frozen yogurt for a nice healthy treat. Read more
The location is great and very comfy! However it is not ideal for studying, the wifi is very poor and slow. Can?t do any zoom... meetings, watching videos or lectures is slow. Wi-Fi needs to be better! Read more
