Best caramel corretto I've ever had. Price is worth it. Staff is very friendly!

I?m a avid second cup lover but this location in specific can have its ups and downs. I first ordered (accidentally) through... ritual a hot caramel coretto and I was unable to get it exchanged to be iced. No problem, I spent another 7$ to get it icedoverall spending now 20$ (along with pastries). My other visits were fine and efficient. However, just two days ago I ordered aiced caramel coretto through ritual and it was cancelled where I had to wait to reorder it. No big deal as there was no lineup.I was quite disappointed to receive my iced coffee to not fill the top of the cup for pricey iced coffee. Not sure what the rushwas to get it out or why it wasn?t filled all the way, but with their poor consistencies, I?d rather spend my money at Starbucksfor the same price. Unfortunate, but I will say that the workers are lovely, sweet, and kind. I do wish that the service couldbe improved so I can continue enjoying iced coffees and butter croissants here :( Read more

It?s the second time I?ve purchased a large London Fog with oat milk from this location (1 Dundas inside Eaton Cemtre). Both... times my cup was almost half empty, and it didn?t taste like the London Fogs from other locations. I?m super disappointed nowbecause I had to pay 7$ for it and cant even drink it. Read more

*update* I thought i wrote here im so sorry. When we got to second cup they were cleaning the machines which is a great sign... for fresh tasting brews. I ordered a red-eye and im glad baristas still know what that is. The coffee was brewed perfectly, thecaramel cheese cake was awesome, my wife enjoyed the hot chocolate and our little one loved the carrot cake. Ive stayed awayfrom second cups after a bad experience at other locations. But something about this place drew me in. The baristas wereextremely friendly, to even the meanest customer who was clearly impatient they were cleaning the machines. Everyone else whounderstood why waiting for their coffees will be worth it were all awesome customers to them. Kinda wish they payment device attips option...but i guess not everyone is nice downtown toronto. Keep up the great work and looking forward to returning to trydifferent drinks and snacks at this location! Read more

So far the most interactive and best staff I have ever found in Second up. I usually go for a white latte but today I wanted to... try some frappe so I ordered a mocha frappe and requested them if they could dust some pumpkin spice over and they most sweetlydid!! Both the ladies are awesome, they get you exactly what you want and that?s sweet. It?s located in Eaton Center on themezzanine level and closer to the subway side or you can say H&M. They have all the options of coffee frappe donuts and whatnot! Everyone is masked up well, they have a clean garbage can and super clean interiors. Read more

It is a tiny store located at the main floor inside of Eaton Centre by Dundas Street. There are just 3 chairs in a table so, it... is mostly a grab and go location. The customer service ladies are extremely helpful and nice. Good selection of pastries,Pinkberry and same coffee and tea options as other locations. Read more

Located in the Eaton Center, right beside Dundas subway station. Surprisingly, not too busy of a location and the coffee is... always hot. They now also serve frozen yogurt at this location. Read more

It?s a great spot, just before the path entrance. Good coffee and service... cookie was a little hard but coffee was great. The... only thing, it?s a small place, just with 4 stools, after been walking, you really appreciate a stool to enjoy your coffee. Read more
