Reviews for Second Cup Café in Toronto, ON
Cozy café place near UofT. Matcha tea latte is highly recommended ????????
I don't know if their machine is faulty or if they just made a mistake, but I was charged twice 9.78 and paid 19 dollars for... coffee and a bagel. they refused to acknowledge any mistake on their end, even though my literal bank statement says otherwise.as a student low on money this ruined my day ???? I love the FroCho and only have the chance to get it when I travel. The barista had a really hard time making it and didn't fill... the cup all the way. I wouldn't visit this location again. Read more
Just left here a few minutes ago. Extremely inattentive, miserable, and rude barista. The one with the purple/blue hair. Did not... look at us when she was serving us, and she handed the receipt to us annoyed, looking away. We were extremely polite - - tryingto cheer her up by being overly servile, but it didn't seem like it had any effect. I recommend that the management give a bitof extra attention to the customer service aspect, as we won't be returning to this location anytime soon because of it. Read more

It comprises a very cosy inner sitting area. Although the sofas are a little worn out, they are good to use and they have many... other options. My favorite is the bar at the front where I can sit and people watch on College St. I love their Iced CaramelCorretto. They also offer the same as a hot drink. But I recommend the cold one. Read more
Ordered a FroCho and it looked like the saddest thing ever. It was not blended well, didn?t even fill the cup, and had no... whipped cream - I wasn?t even asked if I wanted any because I assumed it was automatically included like in my previous orders. It looked nothing like the frozen drink picture outside and mostly tasted like large-ish pieces of ice with a tiny hint ofchocolate. It tasted watered down. Tried to stir it to give it a chance but it ended up being mostly ice so I just threw it out.Not worth the $6.25 I paid for it. I've had frozen hot chocolates from Second Cup before and they were always delicious, neverlike this. Really disappointed. Read more
