Unnecessarily rude staff. With so many other options in the path, would not recommend.

This Second Cup is in Commerce Court in The Path! Second Cup is Canadian and has a rewards program. This one is by a food... court with lots of seating. It's 2nd to none! Read more

I typically get their cold drinks and I've never been disappointed. The employees that work here are very nice people.

It?s the second time I?ve purchased a London Fog from Eaton Centre location, and both times my cup was almost half empty, and it... didn?t taste like the London Fogs from other locations. I?m super disappointed now because I had to pay 7$ for it and cant evendrink it. I work at Commerce Court so I went to this location to ask them for help, they said they?re not gonna do anythingbecause I didn?t purchase it from this location. Meaning I would have to walk all the way back to Eaton Centre in the middle ofmy work day to ask for help. It wouldn't really cost them anything to make another drink which I?ve paid for. Read more

I have been working in the area for 2 years now and Madeline is so cheerful and welcoming every morning! She has even learned my... name and order. I always have to have dairy free milk and sometimes I've forgotten to mention it and she has reminded me onmornings where I'm extra tired. Hey anything can happen pre-caffeine. All the baristas are super fast and consistent. Lots ofreally great options and the rewards system's free beverage every once in a while is a nice treat - large cup of London fog withalmond milk for me please.. the only complaint I have is for Second Cup in general and that's the upcharge on dairy freemilks... you have to offer them now so why are they extra? I buy almond milk and it's $2.99 for a small carton and $3.49 for alarge one. Would love to avoid the $0.70 upcharge for something that is required not a preference. All that aside - thanks forthe great morning experience! Read more
