I came here after going to emergency for a kids hot chocolate for my son. They tried to tell me that the child had to be in the... store to get the kids size drink. I can appreciate that rule however there is nothing written anywhere that says that. Even onthe menu it does not label kids under 12 only or that the child has to be present. I had 2 adult coffees from Tim hortons, hadjust finished with emergency, I had a worried child in the car .most importantly I've never heard that rule, I have gotten kidshot chocolate from second cup many times without my child. If they want to make that rule that's fine but post a sign, don'thave people stand in line for 15 min and then try and tell them no. They ended up giving it to me because I pointed out therewas nothing that labeled that children had to be present to get this product but it was an unnecessary hassel especially forjust finishing in emergency. Quick service. Almond croissant was a bit harder than butter croissant, nevertheless it was tasty. Pumpkin spice latte was okay.

I hope the manager can see this, I am working at sunnybrook. I could say this is the worst second cup branch I ever seen in... Toronto, very poor coffee quality. The same coffee has different taste every day. The orders always not completed, you ask forcertain amount of sugar or dairy, they won?t follow what you want. I always use fixed amount of sugar, interestingly, every cupis different, either too sweet or no sugar at all. Being to busy should encourage the branch to offer good quality and not theopposite. Pathetic food quality and horrible staff. They refused to acknowledge our complaint so left our cookie on their counter.

The coffee and pastries at this location are always fully stocked and fresh. It's a busy coffee shop, since it's located on the... main floor of Sunnybrook Hospital (M Wing), and close to the front entrance. Their wild blueberry crumble muffins are myfavorite, very moist, soft, and fluffy. The choclate chip cookies are ginormous, but I found them overly crunchy and bland. Thedecaf coffee is always hot and freshly brewed. Service is efficient, but I highly suggest "wrapped" cutlery for sanitaryreasons. Read more

It?s reassuring to have good coffee and some passable food anytime of night or morning. They also sell the food from the... Aramark servery next door (soups, salads, sandwiches, etc) after hours. This listing says 24 hours, but not that they do closefrom 3am to 4am each day. Read more
