The washroom is absolutely disgusting and looks like it has never been cleaned. The women's washroom has been closed forever and... looks like they have no plans to fix it. It's too bad because the location is really nice. Read more
Enjoy coming here on a daily basis to grab my morning coffee. I like sitting outside as they provide tables and chairs which is... great. My only concern is the attitude of the workers. I never see a smile, very unfriendly and not welcoming. Once I asked fordouble cup since one cup seems to soften and start leaking and worker sighed and rolled her eyes. Most customers here areseniors and deserve to be treated with respect. I hope management will clarify this issue. Read more
Bathroom is disgusting. Absolutely gross. The women's washroom has been out of service forever. Skip it. Royal York location... just as bad. Sad. I used to to love going there as I'm not crazy about other coffee chains. I guess I can add this one to thelist of places to avoid. How can I eat or drink at a place that is so so dirty? Yuck. Whoever is the lady working today had some anxiety problem. She give me attitude when I was deciding to buy pastry and she was... getting anxious and becoming impatient with her body language. Their hot chocolate is ok, the whipped cream was terrible. Customer service was very blah. They also need to update their... timings to reflect accurately, it currently says they're open till 11 p.m. but they told us they close at 8 p.m. which causedour plans to come to an abrupt end. Used to like coming here for the past 5-10 years but in the recent month it has gotten significantly worse. The staff stop... services like heating up your sandwich and close the entrance from the mall over an hour before closing, and tell people toleave over 20 minutes before the listed closing time, it?s almost as if they want to stop customers from entering so that theycan leave early. They also didn?t tell me that I couldn?t heat up my sandwich until after I had already purchased it and onlyafter I had asked. When I bit into my sandwich there was literally ice forming in the egg so why wouldn?t they tell customersthese things first? Who would want to eat a warm sandwich sold so cold that there?s literal ice crystals in it? Until they makesome changes, I?ll be going to the Starbucks on Dundas. Read more
