Horrible service. Ordered their date smoothie and it tasted like ice and asked nicely for them to add some dates or something.... They refused and kept making it seem like I?m crazy. Today- Sept 2, 2022, in the afternoon, we had very bad customer experience in this location. The female staff, age 40-50 in... dark skin, was yelling at my kid, saying that we entered the clean area ! Couldn?t she talk in a polite and nice way to thecustomers? If the store is closed, please lock the door to do the cleaning instead of talking to customer in a rude way! Istrongly recommend the manager give that staff a verbal warning, don?t let her destroy Second Cup?s reputation! Read more
Bought an egg and sausage breakfast sandwich, had the staff heat it up but when I bit into it, it was still ice cold in the... middle. It was like they threw it into the toaster oven for just a few seconds and called it a day. Absolutely atrocious. Thereis no excuse for doing such a poor job when it comes to ensuring the customer's food is properly heated up and edible. Read more
The coffee is decent, but wouldn?t recommend the food. My croissant was still raw and doughy inside and when I asked the staff... if they were baked in house I was completely ignored and when someone did answer they weren?t sure. The service was definitelynot great. Read more

I was working on an important document using their Wifi. And then the Wifi died completely. For 10 minutes I couldn?t connect so... I left before losing my work completely. Please fix your Wifi. People value it, especially if we are paying $3 for dripcoffee. Update to my review: I have been here many times now and each time, the owner is rude and impatient. To the owner: youare in customer service-based industry. Try not to be so rude and rush your customers, otherwise we will stop coming here. Thereare plenty of other coffee shops around. Read more
