Was so excited for the re-opening as I hoped there would be a much-needed revamp of this locations non-existent customer service... skills. There is absolutely no consistency, very little friendliness, and the experience in-store does not warrant the prices. Iunderstand my drink order can be a little complicated but when I am willingly paying $9 for a drink and it is made wrong EVERYsingle time, It can get very frustrating. Some members of staff are very helpful but that is few and very far in between. Asmuch as I love Second Cup, if nothing is resolved at this location I will take my business elsewhere. Read more
Had a terrible coffee at this store!! My husband and I actually could not finish our coffee. Not what we were expecting at all!... Im not sure if the barista even knew how to make the coffee?? Friendly service none the less. Read more
The brown skinned girl wearing a black baseball hat gave some of the worst "service" I have ever experienced. She huffed and... puffed, rolled her eyes while making our drinks and then gave us a small instead of the large we payed for. When we kindly askedher to give us the size we PAYED for, it seemed like the biggest inconvenience to her even though we were the only ones there.With that kind of service, no wonder the line is dead. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a coffee shop in my entire life. First it took the people behind the counter 12... minutes to service the two people in front of me. I ordered a flat white made with cream. The barista decided to make it withwhipped cream. Probably the most disgusting thing I've ever heard of in my entire life. My girlfriend ordered a white hotchocolate. First they gave her a regular hot chocolate. She corrected them. Then they gave her a freezing cold white hotchocolate. I left with no drink which I paid full price for. I highly recommend you fond an alternate coffee shop when in thismall. Read more
I tried their cappuccino and Almond croissant. Didn?t like the cappuccino but the croissant was tasty but not that fresh.
