Good food, unfortunately the staff are horrible. Had a misunderstanding over the Feedback app. The staff were unable to explain... why they were not able to process my order (they are not knowledgeable in the service they are offering their customers by usingthis app) which lead to me having to leave the restaurant having paid for food that they would not serve (I was refunded byFeedback). My 1 star review is due to the confrontational nature of the staff and I hope the business owner pays attention. Read more
Only good for fresh orders if you can afford it. I quickly grabbed a pre-made sandwich and didn't notice until it was too late... that the cheese and tomatoes were growing mold... I guess these aren't made the same day. Read more

This is for the Richmond&Spadina location. They make sure all of the salad greens are fresh, and they have a good selection of... fixings for the salad. But, it's ridiculously expensive. I made almost the exact same salad at a different salad bar (spinach,garlic, chickpeas, chicken, eggs) on the PATH for less than half the price. Read more
Sandwiches taste awesome! It's unfortunate however that you pay the same price with or without meat. They only add arugula in... place of meat. You would think a veggie sandwich would be a bit cheaper, or at least they would give you the option to add acouple extra toppings in place of the meat, if priced the same. Read more
