Love the food here 1 of the many best foods on this street. But a little sad that the prices went up. I might have to cut back... on my food from here, because I might not be able to afford it every week now. I guess this is a way that you're going to killyour own business by raising your price so high. I wish San Francisco would actually compare their prices to batandos across thestreet of them. Their pizza prices are way cheaper than San Francisco. If you wish to be a competitor then I would say youshould have your prices lower than baton those across the street. Even if they're just $0.10 cheaper than batandos that wouldbring me right back to you. But right now there's no way that I'll be coming back with these hefty prices. I used to pay $15.8 0for the my pizza and now it's $22 something that's a really humongous increase. I know Times are tough but driving yourcustomers away that's a really bad move. It was fantastic. The service was very kind polite. She was very patient and helpful. The veal sandwich was hot and very big.... The fries were also very tasty and hot. I feel that San Francesco is ten times better then California Veals. Read more
Their Veal Sandwich is the best. Very tasty and delicious. Good prices, friendly staff and fresh food. The only point is that... the portion is a little smaller thatn their competitor, though. Also, try their Olives! It?s very nice. Read more

A very simple sandwich with an absolutely delicious sauce. Purchased this a couple weeks ago for take out, it was hot and ready... upon pick up. It was a bit bland but if you're looking for something simple and heart-warming, this is the place to go. Read more
Located right in the heart of Little Italy, I don't think this place has changed in over half a century. This is their flagship... store and is the original one. Their sandwiches have stayed consistent forever! I remember going here as a child with my fatherand I can barely eat half of a sandwich when I was a child. I really like how they're recipe and sandwiches have remainedunchanged. This is a very popular hang out has you get to see many people in the community there as well. I would highlyrecommend this place for anyone who loves authentic Italian sandwiches. Read more
After 20 years of buying veals here I've become really disappointed. No taste from the veal sandwich. Once again they changed... the sauce. Those good old veal are no more here. Won't be coming back Read more
