We held our wedding ceremony at Riverdale Hub, but sadly, we can't recommend it because of our experience with its... management. The venue and staff were great, but the Hub's executive director tried to keep 20% of our deposit over atablecloth. She claimed we stained it while using it for our signing table. (We didn't.) Following an extensive email threaddisputing the stain, she settled for charging a $12 fee for the tablecloth's use. (You can't make this stuff up.) After lookingat the Hub's Glassdoor and Yelp profiles, it's clear that management issues are a persistent problem that has also alienated itsemployees. Read more
