Having takeaway (Greek salad with Fish and Chips) from Rails and Ales is a delightful feast. The salad is fresh; no brown... colored lettuce in this preparation. The homemade batter on the fish is light yet covers the fish entirely. And the fish itselfis nice and thick; not wafer thin. The dinner comes with lots of fries which are never greasy. The Banquet burger is worth the $10, a giant patty topped with cheese and bacon. The chicken souvlaki is great too - the garlic... bread and tzatziki included in the low appetizer price for these perfectly grilled sticks. The bartenders are friendly and theatmosphere is relaxed and low key, swoop in for a quick bite and a beer. Read more
Good staff, food came much faster than I was expecting. Everything tasted great and the prices don't break the bank. Great... place. My only complaint, it's abit dark inside. Apart from that I'd recommend this place 10/10. Read more
It was nothing special, but a generic pub is what I was looking for. You could see that it was definitely a place to go with... friends and have some beers and fun. They have a pool table, several screens for the matches you want to watch, and the staff isvery friendly. I enjoyed their puotine and would definitely come back gain for another one! Read more
The food is decent and there's nothing bad I can say about a good old glass of Guinness. The bartender was nice and attentive.... Even went through the trouble of flipping past 300 channels so that we can watch a game on the screen. It's close to my place,and would definitely go back again! Read more
Great for a pint and a game of pool. Didn't eat there but the prices are great!
