The lady took my order, her rag fell on the floor, she took it and put on the cutting board where she was preparing sandwiches.... In front of my eyes. Worse situation is with my office order-two coachroches were hiding in their coffee termos delivered to ouroffice. We called them to tell about that but never heard from them again. The food quality and quantity at this location has gone down significantly from last year. they now only give you 2 slices of... bacon in their breakfast combo despite I opted out of sausage. Their avocado breakfast sandwich does really have avocadoanymore. I try avoiding this place now. Read more
I went to the TD location at 66 Wellington st west this morning in toronto and I was very disappointed with the service and the... food. I always come her for the veggie English mugging breakfast sandwich and I add avaacadoes on it for an extra charge buttoday I was told I cant do that because it's the head office rules. When I told the lady that I always customize my sandwich, Iwas told that they have to follow head office rules and it cant be done. The sandwich was pre made and may be the lady didnt twant to make me a fresh one that's why she flat out refused to add avaacadoes on it. When i had the sandwich it was dry withalmost no sauce and one little tomatoes. Very disappointed with the taste and service. Teo of my other friends had the classicbreakfast and the found the potion size to be very smaller than usual and the home fries were dry and cold and so was thebacon. We are a weekly customer of this location as it's right under we were work but this was a disappointment and we arenever going back to this location again. Poor service and food quality was poor too. Went for lunch there, got the snitzel sandwich. Got the smallest portion of snitzel, not worth 10 dollars for the sandwich.... Other locations I been to were good. But this one was bad. It would be nice to see portions ensured for every sandwich. Coworkergot same sandwich his was regular size order. Mine was 1/3 the size. Bad experience, at this location. Read more
Just writing about an experience from October 2016. A coworker ordered catered lunch from Pumpernickels for us as we had a full... day of intense team work together. I was surprised they would give us such legit-looking plates and utensils for a cateredlunch. The food was delicious and healthy. It came right on time too. I didn't do the ordering but the person who came withdeliver it was friendly. Read more
