Suffering from food poisoning since Friday night. Had chicken tenders here, had a feeling something was off while eating so left... pieces behind. 0/10 would not recommend. Save yourself the trouble. Wanted to support the new store and was so disappointed! The manager that took my order informed me that they didn?t have... fountain drinks as their machine wasn?t working, I asked if they had my drink(Fanta) in bottles and she said yes. Not untilafter i paid and checked my receipt I noticed she charged me for a combo+bottle soda. Did not give me the correct combo and didnot add the extra dip/biscuit I requested. This place is just as horrible as the reviews says it is. Went there to get a 12 piece family meal, they had me waiting there... for over 35minutes. The staff was clueless they had no clue what they were doing. I was told the wait would be about 15min,after 15min I asked about my order and they all started blaming eachother like they had forgotten about me. No apologies weregiven at any moment for the outrageous wait, no manners at all. This place is just a mess in general. They can't seem to decidewhat they want to do with their exterior building, they completely destroyed a beautiful historical building, and the inside isso white and bright it gives you migraines. I wanted support the new store and had just ordered their 8 piece nuggets, first one I ate was fine albeit a bit squishy. I had... a second piece which seemed a big larger in size and it was extremely squishy and transparent and I had to spit it outimmediately. I asked a few coworkers and we all came to the same conclusion that it was still partially raw. I brought it backto the store and the cashier suggested I had already ate it (literally one bite into my second piece) as if I wanted a freemeal? I told her I completely lost my appetite and would appreciate just a refund. She said her manager isn?t in and can?t offerthat to me and suggested a replacement. I thought I could take the replacement for my coworkers at least but requested it welldone. She said that was not possible as everything is set to specific times. Ultimately I will not make it hard for her as anemployee for just a small meal but I would like to write this review out of complete disappointment and disgust at the serviceand lack of training of this operation for serving food (raw chicken) which can cause serious health problems. Weirdly managed to get in and eat even though it said it was closed. Guy running it didn't know how to punch in the order, only... cooked. Had to wait for a cashier to come in later to order, then we got to eat. Here's the thing guys, it's a Popeyes. It'sgot Popeyes chicken and all it's sides. It's great.
