Probably the least consistent Popeye's I've frequented. The Regular side portions are tiny. They don't always have chicken... ready, and they typically take 15-20 minutes if you order something they don't have ready - in this case I waited for mildchicken. Read the other reviews posted don?t waste your time or money. I Went into this location for a chicken strip combo. Was told... there?s none ready and it will be 15 min. Whatever I prefer fresh anyway. After waiting inside for 10 min the ordersready. Leave and jump in my car to have a bite and my 5 piece strip combo is realistically 3 chicken strips and two tiny piecesof fried batter, it?s also just above room temperature. There?s no way in hell it was fresh from the deep fryer to me at thattemperature. They basically made me wait and then gave we whatever cold leftovers were on the rack. Counter looks like a total mess, place is 100 degrees when you walk in. Had to wait for my mobile order I ordered before I... arrived. Got home and the order was completely wrong. Spicy deluxe chicken is supposed to come with lettuce, tomato and picklein a toasted bun - I received chicken in a soft bun with sauce and zero toppings. The restaurant is amazing and so is the staff. The manager, Sahil is an awesome guy, he helped me choose my favourite chicken as... Super friendly staff and they were committed to great service. I loved the atmosphere there and it had a very relaxing vibe. The... order was ready within minutes and was very fresh. I was there around 5 pm. I will start with what I thought was good about this location. The place was clean and all the supplies... in the front were well stacked. The cashier at the front was very respectful and courteous. With that in mind, there were manythings that I found unacceptable. The food was kind of cold and the portions were ridiculous. I was so mad when I got home lol Ifelt you guys counted the fries one at a time to give to me. Yall really said "120 fries exact. There you go, sir." Then youwent and looked for the tiniest drumstick that I have ever seen from a chicken. Are yall cooking adult chickens there? I waslaughing and angry at the thought of it but I digress. I'm over it lol I gave yall 3 stars because the cashier was nice, theonion rings portion was correct, and the place was clean. Nevertheless, yall need to tell my good sis to stop being stingy withthe portions. A couple of fries is not going to kill the budget or revenue of your store. August 2021. Fried chicken. Who doesn't like that? Popeye's is the same wherever you go. This particular location is close to... the east side of the harbourfront. Close to the highway. Good for grabbing a quick bite before going on the highway as there's anice small street beside the restaurant. Though this location doesn't feel that clean. Read more
