This restaurant is by far the best place I have ever eaten in my life. Very dissatisfied with the service. I came here ordered a 3 piece combo(no tenders cause I never mention anything about tenders)... Everything was going good until the guy working front counter, mention regular chicken will take long do I want tenders instead?I told him I want chicken my original chicken that I ordered. Why bring up tenders to begin with when I never ordered tendersfor the 3 piece combo? This is how he confused me and then misinterpreted what I told him. Tenders was never mentions out mymouth I said I want original chicken. Seems to me this front counter guy needs to listen more and pay attention more. Iunderstand it was close to closing and you are tired but still. Listen and if you have to re-confirm with customer so everythingis clear. This happen too many times in food delivery industry. I was at pizza pizza I told cashier I want small fries and hegives me large fries. Then he later confessed it was his mistakes as he is old and never heard me properly. That's just oneexample from my experience. A free piece of chicken would be good ok my next visit to compensate for this cashier's mistake.It's not fair made my night alot worser all I wanted was regular original chicken not tenders. It's not rocket science. Youworkers need to listen and or double confirm with customer. The worst part is when I open my box of food all the fries was ontop so it was not until I got to eating the chicken I then realized I recieved tenders instead of regular chicken. So there wasno way I could have return the food since I started eating the fries at the top of the box then eventually the damn chickentenders. Tip to all customer who come here make sure you make yourself clear and tell them upto 3 times just to reconfirm yourorder. Read more

I'd complain about the service - however I never received any so I couldn't comment on this at all! I went during the Atrium's... lunch rush, and saw people lining up at just about every other place (should have clued in). There was only two people in lineahead of me, and one waiting for his food. I love Popeyes and thought with only 3 people ahead of me this should be a quick andeasy lunch. For the next 10 minutes, the two people behind the counter prepared the first guy's order, then stocked items andcooked food. I clarified with the two people in front of me if they placed their orders yet, but they confirmed they hadn't andwere waiting. The guys behind the counter looked at us (the 3 of us were waiting in line by the cash register) and they stillignored us for an additional 3 minutes. At this point, I was fedup and went next door to Fusia Asian Kitchen, where in less than2 minutes I had my takeout order plated and ready to go. Unfortunately, after 15 minutes the other two people in line at PopeyesSTILL hadn't even had their orders taken. I am not sure if the people behind the counter were purposely trying to tank thisplace or not, but unless their attitude and service changes, I cannot recommend this location at all, to anyone.
