Ordered 9 pieces of spicy chicken and was told I had to wait 15 minutes. Not a problem...however, when I got home, they packed a... box of mild instead and the chicken was overly salted. Very poorly run and subpar standards for the food they make. Ordered a chicken sandwich and got a lump of chicken that looks... like a fish fillet. Restaurant at around 9pm didn?t have any fries, popcorn chicken or onion rings to survive dinner service,bit odd for a popular fast food chain in a busy neighbourhood. Read more

Out of all the locations south of bloor I know, this is the best. They aren?t the fastest but they have never served me pink... chicken. Lol I won?t name the nearby restaurant who has never cooked a meal properly but this one? Man o man is it good. It was 1:38 when I got to the store I rushed over to get some fries!! Just some fries. It was 20 minutes to close so I figured I... wouldn't have much to pick from and can you believe they said they wouldn't make me fries and they closed the store early andleft. Just disgusting service and I will never go to this restaurant again. Absolutely absurd. Never using this store...service was slow. Fountain machine wasnt working so all combos came without a drink...if i wanted a... drink from fridge that they offered, but on the condition i had to pay for that drink. Asked then if they offered a discount oncombo since no drink yet charging more for drink.....got a blank stare and very bad engkish in return Read more

3 weeks ago, I bought 8 pieces of chicken nuggets, went home n found out it was all very dry n 1 piece was even smaller than a... quarter. This evening I tried to give another chance n ordered 4 pieces of chicken instead and realized the receipt listed 4pieces all dark meat?, so I asked the staff to open the box and check it, she kind of hesitated then the female manager came outand took over, she said I should check the order myself before I leave.If I don't check and left, they are not responsible forit. Is it mean that they are not being trusted, because you need to check every time before you leave the place, she said it wascustomers fault/issue not their. They blamed on customers not check the order before leaving. So we started the argument and atthe end she said if I don't like it DON'T ever come back. I told her "yes, I won't". Wow......This is how to treat a customer, nthey don't admit they should be responsible for food quality, order mistake. Such poor customer service that I haven't seenbefore. I was in retail field for over 40 years n as an owner for over 17 years before I retired. If this kind of service nquality keep on going, good luck !!!! No wonder I read all the recent reviews, most of them were negative. Very poor serviceand management, really feel sorry for them.
