The closing timing on the door and on the google is 2am, but they were closed at 12AM. Poor service

This location is in a busy mall but the restaurant was not busy at all compared to the nearby McDonald?s. I ordered a meal I?ve... had a million times before at other Popeyes. 5 chicken tenders spicy. Served quickly and fresh but unfortunately over dosedwith salt like I?ve never had before. It was spicy as usual and crunchy but it was like this was originally supposed to beregular and seasoned for that they added a second dose of seasoning. I had driven from work so I was blocks away when Inoticed they were so bad. Not sure if this is just a rookie cook or a bad batch but regardless they were barely edible and atover $10 before tax a sizable chunk of change to end up not eating. A young woman was on the street in the heat, in distress, passing out. Regardless of whether it was drugs or not, when I went in... and asked if I could bring ice water, the staff were so kind as to immediately let me take ice water to this woman. She neededit. She woke up when we rubbed ice on her face, and the water helped her immensely. Thank you so much to Popeyes for havingstaff that care about human beings, I am going to be coming back like crazy to order food to support a chain that has suchimmediate compassion. Bless you all. The lady serving at the counter -Morsal is simply amazing. She is super friendly and helpful. She gave me an extra piece as a... kind gesture. I am not now the forever customer of this place. An extravagance when one has no money, this run of the mill, standard fare, delivers everything it promises with a smile. ... Public liaison was local and knew other locals and chatted about, yet, other locals. After the k-hole, buzzed out pandemicexperience, something familiar and usual. With masks. One of the worst Popeyes in the area. Been there two times and mentioned about the bad experiences had from previous order,... unfortunately they repeated it again. Ordered chicken sandwich ???? 1st time, it?s was cold and bun as soggy, probably they madeit long time ago and left it. 2nd time I went here and told the staff about it. This time they done it same.
