They really don't care about the time that you wait there. Even if you place an online order they will still keep you waiting... for 20 minutes which is stupid because of how limited their menu is and everything should be techinally ready. Horriblelocation it's a shame that they just dont care for their service. Read more

Was curious to see how Popeye's measured up against a few of the other fast food chains I'd tried in Canada/America- turns out,... not very well. Not much meat on the thighs I got, very greasy, and the young lady behind the counter was impassive throughout.I've had worse chicken but see no reason to try Popeye's again. Read more

Overall, the place is not clean, tables are not sanitized regularly, walls are dirty. The lady worker is not hospitable and we... politely ask if we can use the washroom but she did not permit us to use the washroom. The fountain drink tasted like rustywater tap. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I suggested the spicy sandwich to my friends visiting the city and Canada for the first time. They have never had Popeye's but... see it online all the time. Unfortunately we had to wait like 15-20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and popcorn shrimp. And when wedid get the food and drove off, we noticed the sandwiches were mild! Now I've never had the mild and I hope to never have itagain. It was bland and tasted like grease and chicken. Now I am going to bring them Church's and hope for a betterexperience... ok they did say they want to try Popeye's out again tbh. Read more

Staff we friendly, biscuits fresh, mashed potatoes and rice and beans tasted good! But the chicken was really disappointing and... dry. Like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a couple days. Some of the pieces I just had to throw out because it wasjust battered bones like someone removed the meat and then battered the bones. Sad cuz I love Popeye's ????. Read more
