This was my first time on this location. Went there to have dinner and to my surprise, the fountain drink was apparently not... free and have to pay 85 cents if you are ?refilling? your pop. There was no sign on the board or a reminder given that you haveto pay for refills which surprised me. The cashier for some reason entered by ?refill? as a sauce order for 74cents plus tax andI find that really suspicious whether it is the franchise?s policy or the company?s policy. If the fountain drinks were notfree, then the beverage machine should not be open to the public and should be behind the counter. Food was great tho asalways. Read more
Piece of s*** restaurant accepts Uber orders when they're about to close... Like they did to me today... they don't fulfill them... an hour later you find out through Uber that it was canceled. S***** staff I didn't find that funny at all especially whenyou're at home sick waiting for food. Do not order from the store and do not support them. These practices is unacceptable. AndI don't want to hear a reply from management that they're sorry but then try to turn it on the customer and take zeroaccountability like all of the reviews below me there's a reason why you have a s***** low rating maybe you should stopapologizing and start changing your practices and your lack of accountability for your awful staff and awful food. We went there today in the evening. We had Cajun fish combo. Disgusting food. The fish was smelly and not fresh. Onion fries was... not up to the mark. And the girl who took the order and also prepped it, she was not friendly. Read more
I ordered their 9-2-4 Chicken Family Meal and wanted spicy chicken, but they didn't have any and would have to make a new batch... and I was told that it would take 15 minutes to prepare. The "wait" was actually 30 minutes, which I didn't mind, as I had noappointments afterwards. My commute home took an hour on the subway and when I tore open the bag at home and took my first biteof chicken, it was soooooo incredibly tasty and surprisingly still crispy! I thought that might have been an anomoly, since"that piece was on top, let me try a piece from the bottom of the box ..." let me tell you, each chicken piece was moist, crispyand fresh! I'm definitely coming to this location again (30 minutes of wait time was so worth it)! Also, as the guy wasserving me, a customer behind me tried to get his attention, to find out about her order, but because he was serving me, he toldher to wait and the manager would be with her shortly. Well, she got so offended and said that he was being rude etc. (which hewas not) and he explained to her that he was dealing with a customer (me) and she did not like that. I like the fact that hewas focusing on me and my order, because I was the customer at the front of the line and he would not let a loud, obnoxiouswoman get attention or service before me. Nice. Would not recommend this location. There are so many other locations that are way better. I have been here a few times and each... time I have to wait for food. No biggie because I get fresh food right? Not always. Once I went back to work with my food andthe dessert pie was cold and doughy I don't think it was even cooked. Once I had to wait about 20 minutes for 1 person in frontof me to be served and when it was my turn they didn't have what I ordered and said it would be 15 minutes to wait. I didn'thave 15 minutes after already waiting 20 minutes so I adjusted my order and the chicken I got was cold and seemed like it hadbeen sitting for too long. The man who I think is the manager is rude to both customers and the staff. No wonder they can neverkeep staff and are always complaining about being understaffed. Read more
It?s been a while since Ive been to a Popeyes and I used to be a fan. Now I?m not so sure as the chicken tenders were ?ok? and... the onion rings were also just ?ok?. The chicken tenders I was expecting had a lot more flavor but for some reason it tastedquite bland. Also, the spicy chicken tenders took a while to make so there was some waiting time for that as well. All in all,Im not too sure if Ill be returning here.. Read more
Thank god I?m not the only who had a bad experience I went today bought food went back because there was no fork spoon and... napkins I asked a gentleman there he said did you ask I said no I have never seen a restaurant that dose that he sad in thisrestaurant you have to ask in a very rude manner I asked are you the owner he said I am the manager I said thank you I willspeak to your manager and he replied I am the owner and my name is iqbal?.
