I can tell you that, their coleslaw is the one of the most delicious product that they have. I only eat from Popeyes when I want... coleslaw. Friendly staff and accurate orders. Was at a popeyes down south on Yonge and they have messed up my order. My last visit the... staff was still friendly and actually gave extra on my order. Perhaps it was because I was accosted/assaulted by an apparentlydrugged out 20 something who kept on asking for money and when I did not he chest bumped me twice in the store. The staff toldhim to get out but otherwise nothing else was done. Do not know what to accept what else could have been done. The person didleave but was waiting outside the store and still asked for money. I tried to walk away but he still followed. I tripped tryingto get away which is my clumsiness. I have been here twice and both times the chicken smells bad and is undercooked although looks good and is crispy. Also both... times there was no hot sauce or macaroni. Through my experience in that branch, it was very bad because I asked for food. When I came to get Coke, there is no ice and it... is hot. I asked the employee why there is no ice. She answered yes. The machine is broken. I told her why you didn't tell me shesaid sorry . It is being prepared, I told her, please, can I replace the cola with one from the refrigerator, and she repliedthat it is hot too. I'm not one of those people that expect service staff to act like the Queen's Guard but the staff here are a little too casual.... Laughing, talking very loudly and one time even hugging in the front (where the cash registers are) in front of customers. Insome cases it seems the be one of the managers that is most eager to talk so that explains why the employees are so chill. Theseincidents are not from today just my general experience from having come here many times in the last few year. I'd be willingto overlook it had it not been for the fact that they take a very long time to get to get my basic order ready even though Icome in at a not busy time. I had takeout before from here a few times before and it was good. I had it yesterday. Chicken sandwich was good. Fries were... barely warm, almost cold and the biscuits were stale. No thanks. Never again. Especially at these prices. I expect the food tobe edible and at least warm. I can't exactly bring it back because you only discover it when you bring it back to your officedesk. Went during pride, which makes it understandable that all the staff are kind of in a rush but would've loved someone payed... attention to the tables and cleaned them, same to the bathrooms which were honestly disgusting. I used the order-ahead service Ritual to place my order and gave them plenty of time before I headed over, when I got there they... had a confused look on their face when I asked for my order; having not paid attention to their ordering system, they hadn?teven started my order. They told me it?d take around 5 minutes for my food, but it took them about 12minutes. Remember that Ihad ordered in advance so it?d be ready by the time I got there - so in all it took me about 25-30 minutes since placing myorder for me to get my food.
