Last night's experience was different than what I normally have there. I go there late, around 11pm and the food I got was not... fresh or even remotely close to it. The fruits seemed hours old. The chicken leg I had was slimy, which is why I hate KFC andPopeyes is my go to, but I was very disappointed last night. The mashed was good though as well as the chicken sandwich. By far the worst Popeyes I?ve been too. Unfortunately, I?ve been to a lot of them because my kids love it. Ordered online at... 11:51am. Arrived to store at 12:09 with one customer (so it wasn?t busy). The associate behind counter proceeded to ignore mefor 3 minutes while she prepared the order she just took. When she finally acknowledged me, I told her the module order number.At that point - 25 minutes after I placed the order - they STARTED the order. That?s not the purpose of ordering ahead. Not evenan acknowledgment that they did anything to inconvenience us. Read more

We like Popeyes in general , however this evening we had a horrible experience. Quality of the chicken we bought at this... location ( 1955 Queen st East) is questionable. Chicken smelled foul ,old and tasted really bad. It was discoloured as well.Total waste of money, Health concern for kids as they started eating a piece. Read more

I have been tried more than 20 Popeyes in Toronto and outside of Toronto but this location have worst in customer service and... also with the food. Ordered one classic chicken sandwich which was full of oil and also the fries was cold. Better spend thismoney somewhere else. Read more

Like fried chicken? then look no further. this place is right beside Starbucks, so when you're hungry and looking for a quick... bite from studying, then look no further. Good customer service, quick and accurate. Got spicy chicken tenders with BBQ sauce.Tenders were good. The tender shapes were big and good. One of them looked like a full on thigh piece lol. Compared to otherfast food places, this place is actually fast, and their food is a bit cleaner. It's a spacious, bright, and most of all, it'sclean. The decoration is colorful. It's a nice place to be. And the food is delicious which is quite unique and different fromKFC. They have many different sides to choose from. Enjoy Read more
