The staff were friendly and respectful. The prices are decent and you can often find coupons or various walk in specials. The... pizza has a classic stone baked feel and the sides are fairly priced and haven't ever disappointed. I'd suggest the garlicknots, as they have a good price, they're very delicious, and have a fresh taste. I would recommend Pizzaville. Read more
Doesn?t even deserve one star. I use to order here once a week as pizzaville is my goto for pizza. Last two times pizza was... undercooked and cheap on toppings. Today after waiting 20 minutes the guys tells me it?s not ready and to wait another 10minutes because he didn?t make it. Store was empty, I canceled and walked out. Refused to sell me a single garlic dipping sauce. I've been a customer of this location for over a year, buying for parties and... personal meals, and have never recieved this kind of response. Will not be going back to this location. Read more
Their pizza is good! But, ordering online on a Friday evening is "really busy" as they put it so they can't promise the 40-45... minute delivery service is not okay! We placed an online order at 7:50pm and 45 minutes go by and nothing! So I called whichconnected me to their head office number (why can't we call the store directly??!). Went back and forth many times with adifferent person who kept telling me the pizza should be on its way. 1.5 hours later no pizza! The last rep I spoke with saidthe store will call me to let me know what's going on and they never did! I told the rep I am not sure if I want to support abusiness who doesn't go with their promise and is only interested in wasting your time so I would just like my money back. Hedid it and said he would give me a $20 credit but why would I want to put myself through this again?! Like I said, when I havedone a pickup and had their pizza, it was good. But to go through this and not even have a single phone call from the store buthaving to call them multiple times is not cool! Do better Pizzaville! Read more

Very poor service my brother ordered a cheese pazzo that was cross contaminated with pork. When he returned it they refused to... make him a new order or give him a refund. My brother is allergic to pork so he was certain that there was more than cheese inthe pano but the employee just argued with him and refused to make a resolution. Idygive you guys 0 stars but I can?t so I?mforced to give you one that you don?t deserve. Read more
