I accidentally walked into the pizza shop to check on the menu and ended up trying the cheese pizza as per Mr Ali?s... suggestions. The crust was crunchy and the pizza was super tasty along with tomato sauce. I would definitely come here again totry out the other pizzas available. Good first impressions. Read more
Bad experience! The pizza was burnt and inedible. I called to let them know I needed a replacement, the customer service rep... said to go back to the store and they would replace or refund it for me. With a hungry kid waiting, I went back to the store tolet them know the situation thinking that even though this was a nuisance after a long day, it was just a mistake and they wouldapologize and make me a new one. Wrong! The guys were rude and defensive demanding that I bring the pizza back before they wouldreturn my money. Wow. This is NOT what the customer service rep had told me. So I had to go all the way back to my home, digthe burnt mess out of the garbage where it belonged, and for a third time that night go to the store to get a refund. When theysaw the pizza they instantly gave me my money back. I'm still waiting for an apology and have long since given up oncompensation for the huge waste of time. All I wanted was to order a pizza. So, to the manager who had hounded me to writesomething nice on google, maybe work on the food and customer service and you won't have to beg for reviews? Read more
