I placed an order for large pizza with no meat on top. But when I opened the box at home then I see the chicken as toppings. So... I had go back to store to replace my pizza but the cashier was very rude and uncultured. I tried to explain him about my orderbut he blamed me about the mistake they made. And they started to give exuces about the mistake they made. He tried to fool meto into that there is ko chicken on pizza but clearly there are chicken on my pizza. I told him to give me refund but thecashier told me that I cannot get any refund or new pizza. If you guys do not know how to respect the customer who pays foryour salary then just close down the store. There is no need to open the store if you cannot have any slightest respect for yourcustomer. Read more
i was absolutely so thirsty from my 2 drinks and concert and dancing on the street with some dude with awesome drum skills. he... killed it. was looking all around for a bottle of water. tim hortons failed me because they decided to close 5 minutes early.which is just enough time for me to grab a damn water. thank you to pizza vile guy who was also closing but was so lovely enoughto let me get my water. will come back. I pre-ordered a pick up special over the phone. I was told to come by for pick up in 20-25 min. When I came in, pizza wasn't... ready at all and the guy in the front waved at all the orders before me. He told me I could wait another 25 minutes or cancel myorder. Not a pleasant experience especially when you have guests over and we're getting the pizza for them. Read more
I placed an order for two pizzas and it was accepted. Email said pickup eta approx 15 minutes. I get there and they tell me... they cancelled it as they were missing a topping. I received no notification other than an email but had already left to pickup. Why not call me and ask what topping I'd like instead of the one they don't have (their website let me order it & theyaccepted the order), instead of cancelling 15 mins before the pickup time. Lazy and awful customer service. Now I've wastedtime driving there and no dinner for the fam. Thanks. Won't be back. Read more

Great pizza meal ordered, processed and enjoyed. The location convenient and covered which works well during COVID times, I was... able to walk in order a large 3 topping and with a short wait time of 15mins I was on my way. Service with a smile was all Igot. Pricing excellent at under $12 and pizza well made and delicious. First experience at this establishment and I'm sure to beback. Read more
