Ordered a party size pizza and selected my toppings and had to oay for Mozzarella cheese which I find odd since this should be... included already. I ordered additional toppings and requested delivery since I wasn't able to pick it up. When I finalized mytransaction and entered a tip amount and paid by credit car, I was astounded by the total i was charged. 2 complaints. 1stcomplaint is I'm being charged delivery , a service fee, taxes, the hst and added a tip which amounted to almost the same amountas the pizza. My 2nd complaint was the amount of toppings I paid for, not enough, it was sparingly and disappointing. We wereso looking forward to enjoying our pizza and we didn't. When a customer is paying for a good pizza and all these extra fees, thepizza should be amazingly delicious. It was not! Won't be ordering from here again. Quality of the entire pizza was not good! Had a great experience ordering 31 pizzas from this location for an event. Pizzas arrived on time with great communication.... Kudos to the manager, Karma, for the extra care and attention put into our order which contained many dietary restrictions.Highly recommend ordering from this location if you ever need a bunch of pizzas for an event. UPDATE REVIEW: 4.6, so I rounded my 4 stars to 5 stars on Google. Ordered a basic cheese, thin crust and extra crispy. It's very... delicious, a little on the floppy side for ordering extra crispy, but not too bad. It had great taste, testament to the freshingredients used. The sauce is great too for those who are more of a saucy type pizza lover. My previous review below for asingle slice review. OLD: "4.3 is my review. BTW I?ve tried this pizza by the slice, not as a whole pie. I?ve eaten a slice ofHonolulu, Pepperoni, and Cheese. Ingredients are fantastic. However, I wish the crust was just a little thinner (that just mypreference) to get a better crisp. If you?re a like me and like to hear a branch break off a tree on every bite with the dough,you have to tell them so they can cook it a little longer. Maybe a fresh cooked pie will be better and I?ll give it closer to a5, but for a slice of pizza that?s reheated in the oven, it?s surprisingly good (when it?s crispy in my opinion). Pizza is good but we consistently seem to have issues with mistakes when ordering over the phone- tonight we ordered a party... size and got a smaller size. When we called they just told us that they delivered the size we ordered and that the person overthe phone had no authority to remedy besides speaking with the manager. Never received a call back. I?m very disappointed over the last two weeks I?ve ordered at least 5 calzones. Ever single one contained raw dough and the last... two were completely inedible as nearly all the dough outside of the periphery was completely raw and cold. After eating so muchraw dough I feel stomach sick as I am writing this review.
