Overall very good. Decided to order a fresh pizza instead of slices. Unfortunately it was burnt in some spots under the crust... which made some parts inedible. Not enough to complain to get a new pizza. Also ordered the garlic bread with cheese. It wasvery good and not burnt. Read more
I've loved Pizzaiolo for a while but sadly I had a terrible experience at this outlet. I was served three super dry and cold... slices with very little sauce in them, the dip was missing, and one of the slices was mostly topped with onions and one tinyshred of bacon. It wasn't even the wrong order, they just seemed to have messed that slice up. Read more
terrible. the last 5 times i have ordered from this place it has gotten worse every time. First time missing toppings. Second... time missing drinks, Third time wrong drinks, 4th time Paid for bottles and got Cans. i place the same order every time I justhit re order the last time the pizza wasn't delivered because the system used my default profile information instead of the "last Order" information and not only was it not delivered but they are currently holding my money. Trying to get my $40 backhas been the biggest pain in the butt. 6 days constant phone calls and defending there position. I will never order fromPizzaiolo again ever. I?ve been ordering pizza from this location for the last ten years. The last few times I have ordered a pizza here its below... average. Should really teach your employees basic hygiene practices. Really should not be feeling like I need to microwave my pizza again... when I get home in hopes of killing any germs on it. Your employees come out of the PUBLIC bathroom and rinse their hands in theback sink with WATER ONLY and then serve pizza. They also decide to touch the pizza to gesture which one is for who.
