As someone who has worked in cs field I am so disappointed with the customer service here. As a matter of fact I have no... complaints against any workers except for one! I was over at the store around 12 am in regards to a complaint against the noisethat is coming out of a machine right next to our house (which is very unusual as it?s creating vibrations to the buildingwalls) I went there to ask the worker if there was any solutions to that as we fear it might be dangerous for the tenants!! Ispoke to a girl who works part time and I was absolutely calm and while I was trying explain our concerns etc , until one of theguy employee came towards me, being absolutely rude for no particular reason. We weren?t demanding her or any of them to dosomething about that situation, we were trying to see if there was any possibility of turning that sound or whatever machineoff, but the fact that he came in interrupting being so rude was absolutely uncalled for! I asked him why he had to be so rudeand he kept arguing and being rude. It was uncalled for and overall left a bad taste in my mouth! Absolutely awful!???????????? P.S please don?t provide a generic reply as I said earlier, I work in the similar field and already know the replyI?d be getting! I went in today to grab a pepperoni slice and a chicken sandwich I was feeling extra hungry also got a nestea it goes down great... after the spicy sandwich. Food was fresh and delicious and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely be coming back! Read more
Great place, always clean although it's near one of the sketchiest places in downtown. The staff are friendly and they're making... good food. They also have halal pizza which is really good. Read more
Pizza Pizza policy says if the order is not delivered within 50 minutes, it's on them. My order was late and of course, it was... not on them. The driver didn't agree to rules, left fumming and cursing me, taking my pizzas back with him. Quite disappointingand very unacceptable. Read more
Pizza tasted horrible, was way over cooked, you could take the crust and whip it against the wall and and it would crumble.... They missed items apart of my order and the best they could do is give me 5$ credit for an order that cost me $30. I don?t thinkso. I will no longer be eating pizza pizza, which honestly is fine because Dominos is way better. Read more
One star was gained for the friendly service at this location, but that?s the only saving grace. Pizza Pizza was never ever the... best slice, but it was affordable with decent portions. But now, the slice has shrinkflated to the point it?s almost smallerthan my hand. I ordered a pizza online (nov 18 2022) and the pizza came in with a hair on one of slices. So disgusting so disappointed. I... emailed them with a photo of the slice and requested refund. They refused to refund me. Basically they sold garbage to me for 26dollar. I recommend you stay away from pizza pizza at this location. It's not clean and you don't wanna get sick. They offer togive me $10 store credit. This means they only care about selling their products they don't care about customer satisfaction. Read more
