Me & my boyfriend came in today around 3pm, the pizza was absolutely amazing. Ive been going to pizza pizzas across the GTA... since i was a child, but i have never had a pizza made with so much care. You walk in and its the only location i have seenwhere all of there pizza is on display. Most of them never have it stocked up. Its so well maintained. The new owner is anabsolute delight, and I witnessed that she is bilingual! All the staff have a smile on their face, thank you for making ourexperience amazing. We need more restaurants like this. One of the worst pizza I had in my life. Trust me This pizza pizza place ain?t it just look at it full of onions like I have to... take out so many of them. no chicken and cheese is also cold. It looked like it was white Mold lol u can see it. Wasted my 13dollars on that pizza man. Read more
Ordered a plant-based Buffalo chicken burger (no peppers and with cheese) but instead got a real chicken burger (with peppers... and no cheese). I asked the worker who made it if it was plant-based, because he announced ?chicken burger combo?, and he saidyes. I had a bad feeling and checked it when I got home, so I went right back to the store. Luckily the manager (Lediana) was inand she was super understanding and kind! I could tell she genuinely felt bad for the mixup, and offered me a couple free drinksand dips, and even brownies. She handled the issue with grace and compassion and I?ll be returning to this location for thisreason. Thank you! :) Read more
I was extremely surprised by how blatantly uncaring and rude the staff are at this store! They don't care about their work at... all! I asked if I could use the washroom and they said it's out of order and the sign says "closed for health safety..." Thereal reason there is no washroom is probably because they're too lazy to clean it. How can people wash their hands to eat? WhenI asked to speak to the manager I was told he wasn't there, then they said he was, then he wasn't.. I told them I was going tocomplain to the City Health Department and they laughed in my face! Another customer was also shocked and said I should contactthe health department. This is a horrible Pizza Pizza franchise and I hope they are permanently closed because they have noright to have a business. Read more
This is the worse pizza place in Canada. There is no one here and I waited 15 minutes to put in my order because the guy was... chatting to his friend and then when I came back in he had forgotten. I wish I had not paid for this really really bad service. Read more
