Great for picking up that late night snack
I?ve visited this place recently on a weekend evening, the pizza that we ordered was pretty good the only wrong thing was they... only had 4 tables and upstairs was closed and I saw a lot of people leaving the place with food because of No Table luckily wegot the table but if we wouldn?t have gotten that table we would have been forced to eat outside and that is not acceptable soPizza Pizza management should look into this issue, I mention this because I remember going to this place years ago and thattime also upstairs was close so if they keep it close because they don?t have to take care of that area or something then it?snot good. Ordered the Father's day special 2 days in a roll, the pizzas were excellent, the online order was bit confusing but got it... figured out, then online order was a breeze. The same 2 gentlemen working in the store were friendly & courtesy. I didn't had towait at all, picked up was fast & the pizzas were still hot after I got home which was less than 10" away. I really wish I could give a negative star to Pizza Pizza as a brand. I have had bad experiences in the past where I have... received an incorrect order, got meat on a vegetarian pizza, received a stone cold pizza etc etc, all of this recorded. So thishappened a couple of days ago, I ordered pickup at this location and I waited for 5-7 mins because the older employee wasextremely slow and then asked me if I am from Door Dash atleast 5-7 times. I got the pizza home to find a piece of meat on avegetarian pizza. I called up customer support to complain about the same to learn PIZZA PIZZA has blacklisted ME !!! I meanreally after bad customer service I have received and I am calling to tell them, I am really surprised to see that the brand hasblocked someone who voices what is wrong. @pizza pizza would you eat meat if you are vegetarian?? To whoever made my pizza order last night, Dec.3rd before midnight, just wanted to let you know that you?re a pizza master!... Pizza was perfectly made! You followed instructions and my partner and I totally enjoyed it from the moment we opened the boxuntil the next day when I finished some leftover pizza. I used to love the ordering from here but everything has gone downhill. The last 3 times I ordered, there have been mistakes.... Last night I got the wrong crust on one pizza, the time before I got mozzarella cheese instead of four cheese (which I paidextra for). I hate not getting what I order because I don?t enjoy it as much. And also the pizzas are sometimes so well donethat they almost appear black on the bottom of the crust. They also don?t really monitor for quality too well. I had a dippingsauce that wasn?t packaged properly (in the photo) so that the foil wasn?t fully sealed. The inside was congealed (the honeymustard dip is usually creamy and pale yellow like mayo) and exposed to air so obviously not safe to eat. I would nevercomplain about an incorrectly made order because I would have to deal with the delivery driver again. He is so mean andintimidating. I am always very polite and tip well but he treats me rudely if I order too late (in the last hour the restaurantis open) and has even gotten into a screaming match with my roommate over ordering close to the cut off time. (My roommate hasstopped ordering from here because of him, I still do because it?s the most convenient for me.) I don?t want to imagine how hewould act if he needed to re-deliver an order that?s been corrected. Sometimes I have no issues and it?s great but lately thoseare very rare occurrences. Read more
You can find the best uncooked pizza after waiting for hours. Management should look into this seriously.
