If only I can give a ZERO star. I am very disappointed with the services I've been receiving from here; I've ordered pizza so... many times giving it chance after chance, but now is the last chance! Last time we ordered, the pepperoni and Italian sauceswere NOT COOKED, and the pizza was COLD- Not the first time it came COLD. Now, I didn't want to complain to the agent when I wasordering as I was afraid that it would seem negative, so I asked her if she can ask for the pizza to be WELL-DONE so thepepperoni is at least cooked. Now I have a pizza covered in cheese with the pepperoni under NOT COOK! I had a slice just so Ican convince my partner to eat it, and now my tongue feels itchy. I just spoke to the agent who contacted the store to sendanother, but no one wants pizza anymore when the appetite is gone. It is 11:17 pm. call was done 5 minutes ago. Let it be knownthat your raw pepperoni doesn't make me sick!!!!!!! I also want to take the pizza back into the store! Read more
The pizza you get from PizzaPizza is never usually there to disappoint. You can order pretty much anything off their menu, and... it is given to you pretty much how you ordered it, though sometimes they miss the details of specific things you want done withthe pizza. The wait times are also a lot longer because there is not much staff, but for a pizza place, that is not veryuncommon. If you want a pizza, but don't have any better options like Domino's or Gino's, this would be a good place to stop byfor some good pizza. Otherwise, you may want to consider other places too. Last night I ordered a single onion ring with creamy garlic dip. One hour after eating it I was nauseous for 3 hours and threw... up four times!!!! The dip smelled kind of fishy and weird and I still feel sick after one day. Awful, big disappointment! Neverever order a single thing from Pizza Pizza. Read more
The food is great. I ordered a Spicy BBQ chicken along with some wings and they were both good. I will say though, that the... staff has been set up for failure at this branch though. There are 2 people that need to execute all of the orders plus takeorders at the counter on a busy Sunday. The lady even apologised for being a little hasty because she is busy so I can tell thatif she had more breathing room, the service would have been superb. I suggest bolstering staff on weekends for a better diningexperience. Read more
Here is a place that could do so much better than what it is doing today. I really enjoyed their barbeque chicken pizza but when... I got there I really had a hard time ordering and I thank the heavens there was a barbeque chicken pizza on display. I asked fora menu but none was offered. I was asked to look at the screens which told me nothing really. The staff was largely apathetic, afew people came in, got their food and left. It felt like a place in decline. I think it's better to order from home via aservice or go to an outlet elsewhere. Read more
Never come here. Awful service. After watching a movie in Cineplex, me and my wife came here to grab a pizza. We waited for 40m... to find out they had forgotten about our pizza. They said they were sorry and they said it would only take 6 minutes to bakeanother one, but then they came with a large pizza and I had ordered a extra-large pizza. When I asked the guy what was that hesaid he wasn?t the one to take the order and that he couldn?t do anything. End of the story I went home 1 hour and a half later,with a wrong pizza. Read more
I ordered a garlic based regular pizza but it's so thick. And lees garlic. I ate this type of pizza at many stores but this one... was so bad.we can complain about this to the main staff but the lady told us we can work more than four to five years, we alwaysmake this one for this order. Read more
