I usually don't eat at Pizza Pizza because I'm not into cardboard but was in a hurry so grabbed a slice. Got half way through it... and had to pull a long hair half stuck to pizza and half in my mouth. Disgusting. Right in to garbage where it belongs. Read more
Stay far away from delivery services. Awful experience. I ordered delivery and was in my backyard when it arrived. I indicated... contactless and to leave at my front door. The delivery person took it upon themselves to let themselves into my home uninvited,without me answering and put the pizza on the counter. I happened to be walking in as I saw a stranger exiting my front door. Iopted to contact customer service versus the police as I recognized it was not someone breaking in but rather a delivery. Eitherway still not appropriate. When I contacted customer service, it was basically shrugged off. Stated he shouldn?t have done itand too bad. Next time lock my door. No reimbursement, no apology, no further discussion with me. I couldn?t believe the lackof care that their employee trespassed into my home. The last time I ordered the delivery person refused to leave until I tippedthem more. To avoid this I asked for contactless this time. Absolutely in shock at the awful service. I find this location has great walk-in service. Staff are friendly, fast and the pizza is way better coming fresh out of the... ovens than waiting for delivery. If you?re going to the Beaches, grab a pizza and drinks and walk down instead of waiting forthe bus. Vegetarian options are available. Update: July 20, 2021 - your counter service was great! As a direct result of thegentleman who not only took my order but basically made the pizza and served me at the till, I?m going to bump up to a four starreview. Perhaps your other staff hiding in the kitchen and making rude remarks might want to find a job somewhere else? It wouldhave been five stars today. Sorry, but not really.
