These companies want to enforce mask mandates that are unproven to prevent transmission but their washrooms (a main hub of... disease) are disgusting!! Not cleaned and have no soap !!! Washing hands is the only thing that kills viruses but they neglectthat, while pushing ridiculous mandates. They should all be shut down and sued for indangering their customers and community!Shame to all of you! Imagine these people making your food don't even wash their hands properly, how could they? Hey, would you like to be hungry? Call and confirm your order? And go to pick it up, BUT FIND THE DOOR LOCKED? Hmm. Then you... Call Customer Service, wait 25 MIN ON HOLD, talk to some guy who takes ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY for the problem and tellsyou they'll deliver (for free) your food to you 70 MINUTES LATER than you would have gotten it if they had fulfilled it properlyon their part. OH THE CATCH! They are so cheap that YOU still have to pay the $12.64 for the food that SHOULD HAVE BEEN READY 70MINUTES AGO. This business is more interested in drilling, questioning, and disrespecting customers rather than running abusiness properly, delivering an order, keeping a commitment, being honest and retaining customers! They had their DOOR LOCKEDwith no one in sight! And they're doing NOTHING about it. I run a business! If this were my situation to resolve, I woulddeliver the $12.64 meal and throw in some brownies too. And ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY for the screw-up. PIZZA PIZZA has lost mybusiness. Me and my friend Oder a pizza on may 17 on Monday around 8.30 first the staff was so unprofessional that they don?t even know... the deals of fan base pizza and beside that we told them to make it well done and what they did I am going to add the pictureand when we told Them it is burned they just told us in rude way that you said well done and we did it. That?s not the onlything they also added chicken, I am fully vegetarian and they added chicken and when I told them you added chicken they saidthat it is on bill and I only ask for vegetarian pizza with pineapple, red onion and green peppers and no meat and when we toldabout meat they said it?s not their fault. They served my and myself their so called super slice pizza ,which was dry end of the day left overs. Hardly any toppings; yet... when I asked where are the rest of the toppings,she just shrugged her shoulders as she had no care of it.
