It's pizza pizza. Decent pizza for a chain. Place is clean, the staff are friendly, sometimes gets busy so you may have to wait... to get served. Lots of options for pizza, wings, garlic bread etc. However due to the location there is very little parking.Busy area. Read more
I have to write my review that?s what made me put one star but I want to give the worst humanitarian experience to the Asian... lady working at your store. I was in an urgent need to use the washroom and she had the audacity to say no it?s only open forour customers to my face and did not allow me to use the mere washroom and we live in a country like Canada where you just can?tdo this. She should have understood being a lady herself that how difficult it is to be able to find public washroom for womenanywhere around the area, whosoever is the owner pls look into such People?s background and profiles before placing them in ajob role which deals with the customers as it really put your store?s reputation at stake! I had one bad experience and I'm never going back. That was my old review! Edit: I gave them another chance. I placed an order... over the phone and went to pick it up. While picking up I asked for a dipping sauce and paid for it. The lady forgot to hand itover to me and I also walked out just with the pizza and forgot about the dip. I called their hotline number without too muchexpectation. I thought they'd just give me a credit or ask me to ask for another dipping sauce when I visit next time, or worsecase they won't do anything about it and just say sorry! But I wasn't going to go back to the store for a dipping sauce. But tomy surprise, the took my address and actually sent someone over with a $1 dipping sauce. I thought that was really nice of themso I am changing my 2 start review to 5++ stars. When a business puts "making things right" over "making profit" it's guaranteedto succeed.. will come back. I feel as though my luck with this Pizza Pizza location has run out. It was perfectly passable fast food pizza for a time.... Lately my orders were arriving cold, or late, or with missing/wrong ingredients, okay it's pizza pizza these things areforgivable if it's only from time to time but my last five orders were like this with the sixth being the worst. I ordered alarge well done with bacon crumble and pinapple, and recieved a large well done cheese pizza with raw/parcooked bacon crumbleand pineapple tossed carelessly on top of the finished pizza. When I picked up a slice, these cold and possibly danger-zonetoppings just slid off comically. Note in the photo the scorch on the crust versus toppings. I tossed it in the trash were itbelongs. Pizza Pizza has been a long established fast food Pizza place to get your fix. This location has a larger space than some of... their stores. Reasonable prices and standard offerings though from time to time they offer other new menu options. Streetparking only. Covid protocols in place. #letsguide #covid Read more
