Food was decent but customer service was not good. I asked the lady if it would cost extra for pepperoni on the panzerotti and... she said no. I added the total of our bill and she charged $2 for the pepperoni as an extra topping. It only actually comes withcheese and sauce. She didn't appologize for charging the extra and got frustrated and walked away. I did the math 5 times. 2times without showing them then 3 times showing them. She even got another worker to come deal with it and she didn't quite getit either. Unfortunately there is the language barrier. I did get my $2 back but they had to cancel the order and re do it.Since me, the customer was right, i should have been offered the pepperoni panzerotti instead of them getting frustrated andmaking us wait longer. Becarfull about custom pizzas price to become increased! One topping is included only.
I never leave bad reviews, but the pizza slice here tasted like it was cooked from frozen. Very stale, the crust literally broke... off when I took it out of the takeaway box. The workers in the back didn't seem that busy and still I and the woman in front ofme had to wait a while to be served (she almost left because of how long it took). I've been to decent Pizza Nova spots before,but I won't be returning to this location. Read more
Sad excuse for pizza driver refused to deliver to the address and had me walk 800ft to him then argued with me over it I left... specific instructions. The pizza was awful no sauce crushed to the box do not recommend Update: I did contact customer serviceabout this order they don?t care, that order was just shy of $150 and they said the best they could do is a $10 credit for mynext order. If i would have an option of negative rating i surely gave them. These guys dont even know how to cook pizza and there customer... service management dont even cares about there customers. The whole pizza was oily and topping are not cooked I showed the pizzato the guy who cooked it he said i cant do anything he also know that the pizza is not made properly still as he got the callfrom the call center not to do anything. Guys you can see from the picture how disgusting the pizza is but they dont care. RIPto to owner of this location because this will be closing shortly if they continue with this kind of the services. I often order PN, but lately the cusomer service is poor, the aisan guy is very rude and more than once the pizza was burnt, a... second pizza was delivered and was also burnt. After a two hour fiascal I demanded a refund. They need to sweep the ovens moreoften will boycot PN and spread the word of its poor service and food quality Read more
Worst experience with pizza Nova King Street. They overbaked the pizza and it tastes not as good as expected. I tried Pizza nova... before as well but this branch I just hate them. it's totally waste of money. Read more
