I personally had a positive experience here, because I came in at opening hours. While some equipment has not started yet, the... team member offered to cook chicken tenders in the oven rather than deep frier and it actually tasted better. I had ordered the pizza online. My husband went to pick up the pizza.When I opened the box, I was shocked the see that the... bread part at the end is bigger then the actual toppings area. I was able to count the pineapples. There were only 7 pineapplesin Medium pizza. It was not fully cooked. I was hungry from morning. I didn?t except this kind of service from Pizza Hut. Ialways order from Pizza Hut and this time I am very very very disappointed. When I called them to complain about this- the ladywho picked up the call shamelessly says ?I am sorry I know we didn?t make it well today?. When you knew you didn?t made it wellyou were supposed to make it again, what do you want me to do? Come back and fight with you? And get another one? Usually offers your standard Pizza Hut quality, although my last order, a design your own pizza, was burnt in places and tasted... off. What irritates me is the delivery driver always calls about 5 minutes out and asks me to come to the apartment lobby. Ialways tip well, so use the provided buzzer code and take it up to my door already! Read more
I specifically called the store after placing my order and asked for the pizzas to be cooked well done as I know Pizza Hut can... usually be softer than other pizza chains. When the order was delivered it was incredibly soggy, even more so than normal. I'venever felt the need to write an order about pizza but after spending $70 on 3 pizzas I would have expected them to be edible andnot wet! Super disappointing.
