I had a terrible experience with the driver who was yelling at me because I waited at the other entrance (shows up at the main... entrance on google) . I had been waiting for 25 mins and he claimed that he had waited 15 mins. He said he called but I did notreceive a single phone call from him. I even called the store. In the end the store called me and told me that waiting for me.He was so rude. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. Read more
Ordered a delivery online. Got a call from the store saying I'd have to show the credit card used to prepay to the driver to get... the pizza. I said no problem, figured it was to make sure someone else didn't get our pizza by accident. Got a call from thestore 10 mins later saying all credit card orders from our condo building are a scam and we'd have to email them a picture ofour credit card and our ID (passport or driver's license). I said absolutely not and they cancelled the order. That is possiblefraud or simply a complete misuse of personal information. It will be reported. Read more
I had the same issue. Ordered large pizzas extra cheese and got a barely there cheese!! Called customer service but no one... helped me. Very disappointed. Shame, This used to be a very delicious and generous place and our favourite. Now we're searchingfor other places that offer the same taste pizza hut used to be.. Read more
Delivery is absolutely horrible here, they always have to forgot at least one item from your order, and usually in most of my... reviews I don't complain about customer support, but when I finally got in contact with them, they hung up. After 4 attempts toget my item back they finally pick up. I understand if your busy but obviously not a good way to deal with a customer that needshelp. Read more
Overall the pizza from this Pizza Hut location has been a 4-4.5 stars for me. The one time we called the location to double... check if we already paid for our order online vs paying at the door, the sales person was very polite and efficient on thephone. I am a little surprised with all the negative reviews here. I have much worst experiences at other popular pizzafranchises - one that will go unnamed that our city's basketball team sponsors. Had a poor experience with the delivery driver. I always tip, but this one time I couldn't as I didn't have any cash. The driver... arrived right off the bat rude and unfriendly. He tried to come upstairs and force a tip out of me. It made me veryuncomfortable. Wouldn't leave me alone and lectured me... very unprofessional. Read more
