Tried placing 3 orders over $50 with Pizza Hut. 2 got placed via their location system and app for a location under renovation... still being listed to order from, even tho its been closed for months apparently, so the customer service rep tells me to callthis store which is the 2nd closest location to east Markham, and i figured id give them another chance, to be told that I am?waaaay too far out of the delivery range? when I?m only 5.4km/15mins away from the store? thanks, Pizza Hut. Received an email after my last online order and was asked to fill out a survey to receive a BOGO coupon towards my next... in-store order. Filled out the survey and got my code, no mention of any terms or expiration so I thought I could just hold onto it for a rainy day. The night before catching a flight I thought to finally use my coupon to treat some friends and I wentin-store to place my order. The cashier had no idea what I was talking about so she had to ask someone else. The lady who cameto talk to me about my coupon said it's expired since it's been more than 2 weeks in a rude tone and then proceeded to walk offwithout even trying my code. I had explained that it was from an online survey that made no mention of any expiration and notfrom the surveys on their receipts (which I assume is different since the websites aren't the same). I decided to place anorder anyways and asked could we at least try the code to see if works, and was rudely told "Nope, I can't try." 2 starsbecause at least the pizza came out nice, but poor and questionable customer service.
