I really enjoy the pizza but what I feel everytime is that their crust is bit thick and also bit greesy.
I gave two stars for the food but the service diminished the rest. I went there to eat veggie pizza with regular toppings at 11:00 P.M. as I was expected something delicious but unfortunately it... was one of the worst food I have ever had In my life, don?t go here if you have other options available never ever try to eateven any other pizza hut is open doesn?t matter how far that pizza hut from you just go there and eat instead of coming here. First time ever ordering from a pizza hut. First off they really did give a good amount of toppings to the pizza and the flavor... was good. The pasta we got was definitely a good size as well. That being said I found the pizza crust incredibly greasy. Idon't know of that's because the pan had too much grease in it or if the dough was like a sponge and sucked up all the grease.In the photo you can almost see the grease layer in the crust and can see a definitive shine on the crust and box. I bought a pizza and 8 wings from here for a small family gathering. Everything was going fine until we discovered a strange... looking piece of meat in the box along with the 7 other chicken wings. There?s no way it?s from any part of a chicken. The bonesare a different density and strangely shaped. My family and I were completely and utterly disgusted. Of course, we didn?t eatany of the wings, but we couldn?t even eat the pizza because of how disgusted we were. This is unacceptable. Read more
Worst customer service experience ever at Pizza Hut Toronto- the Queensway location. I am a big fan of pizza hut?s pizza,... however when I ordered over the phone at this location, Khushi, picked up the phone and took my order and when I asked her tocustomize the base of the pizza, she bluntly said ?NO? to me. At first I didn?t believe it as other locations can alwayscustomize it. Even after she said no, I still placed my order with her, the pizza was UNDERCOOKED and the veggies on the pizzawere stale .
