The large shawarma plate was great. Solid salad and dressing; loved the pickles and pickled jalapeños. The rice was cooked... perfectly, and had some peas and carrots that just added a bit more. The potatoes were also soft and flavourful. Finally thechicken was solid, not dry and not overdone. I was craving shawarma and noticed this highly rated spot at the undergroundcafeteria that I pass by on the way to work just outside of college station. I?m glad I gave it a try.
