Great spot to grab a quick snack. The dough was very chewy and tasty! Highly recommend this place.
Today a friend and I went the Pi Co on Danforth at Broadview. We were witness to an interesting situation. A food delivery... service driver came to pick up an order of 4 pizzas and did not have the insulated carrier to protect the pizzas and ensure heatretention. The staff (Ritù and Rae) kept the pizzas as without the bag the quality of the pizza would be compromised. Thedriver was unhappy and vocal about her unhappiness but the staff member (Ritù) held her ground politely, quietly, steadfastly.It was impressive to see. Pi Co should be proud of their staff for the care and diligence towards the product and thebusiness. Included are the pics of the pizza ordered. I ordered a salad but snarfed it back before taking pics. I have gone tothis location many times and the food and service is always exceptional. *Bonus: there is a wonderful patio in the back thatmakes your forget that this location is near a very busy intersection. The pizza was average, dough a bit tough,the sauce could be better. But the star for this experience was the service of Zara.... She explained everything very nicely and made the pizzas well! Thanks Zara! Read more
I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza from this location on Skip The Dishes and was very disappointed with what I got. I love Pi... Co, but this particular location has given me a bad experience. The dough was rubbery, the crust and bottom were black and Iunderstand that they make their pizzas in ovens but this is too much. The dough was very thin; thinner than usual. There isn'tenough pepperoni on this pizza either. I hope they were just having a bad night but delivering this mess is unacceptable. Read more
My wife and I waited ten minutes and paid $24 for these disappointments. One is oval and the other comet-shaped, and parts of... the dough were raw?doubtlessly because of the uneven shapes. Even Pizza ?Technically? Pizza manages to produce round pizzas withevenly-sized crusts that are fully baked. As for timing, there was one employee making the dough, dressing the toppings,handling the oven, and taking payment?what managing genius is responsible for this paragon of efficiency? Read more
Very disappointed in this location. We have bought the same 3 pizza order for the past 5 months. Yesterday two of the pizza were... too salty to eat. So I called and explained the issue. I also offered to return the pizzas for a credit. I was told they wouldget back to me that night after speaking with the manager. No return call that night. The next day I came in person andexplained the same issue. Again no call or update. I?ve now resorted to posting this note as it doesn?t seem that loyalcustomers make a difference. I posted a pic of one of the pizzas we couldn?t eat. It?s unfortunate as this was one of ourfavourite local spots. This premium cost pizza used to be worth it, but no longer. Read more
