It was my first time at this restaurant, and I was very impressed with their food. Their meals are very different from the... traditional brunch, so it's a pleasant surprise to get the feed. This time I ordered the classic breakfast (although it wasn'ttraditional), and my friend ordered the mushroom omelette. My traditional breakfast consists of three slices of bread, two eggs,a small salad, a very, very tasty hash brown, and optional side dishes (I chose smoked salmon). Their hash browns are shapedlike fish cakes, thicker than regular hash browns and round shapes. It's very crispy outside, and the potato inside isexcellent. I also love their smoked salmon, which is very satisfying. Their meals are small in size, more like small anddelicate meals. My friend also loves her omelettes. I like the ambience and setting of the restaurant, and the overall feelingis very comfortable. It's just that part of the space is very noisy, so it's hard to converse with friends. The servers arefriendly and smiley. The food is delicious; the portions are small compared to the price, which is not cheap. However, theyhave their delicious specialties, so I'll be visiting again. The Peter Pan Bistro is a delicious and lovely place to eat. The interior is filled with these lovely carpet-covered animal... heads which give the place a unique style. I had the burger which was great and my mom had the salmon which was next level.Delicious and tasted fresh. The prices are a bit high, but arguably worth it for the great taste and location. Just had dinner there and a bottle of wine with my husband yesterday. The meals were good! However I always care about a really... good service and they delivered impeccable customer care! We had ordered a chocolate souffle that was unfortunately undercookedbut upon our remark, they didn't hesitate to offer us a brand new chocolate soufflé and a coffee on them, free of charge due totheir kitchen mistake! If you like smaller restaurant with a more low-key comfort vibe this is a good place to try! Read more
This place is great for a date night! Nice cozy romantic vibe. Have also seen people come here with friends for drinks. Menu... is simplistic but still diverse. I will warn that it is a bit on the pricey side imo. I ordered a drink and a dish and I spentover $60 for just myself (after tax and tips). The food was delicious and I got a “surprise” drink. Went for a work dinner here with some coworkers, we were a decent sized group, I think 8 or 9 of us. They were super conscious... of covid protocols which was comforting because some of my coworkers were concerned. Food was so delicious and our wine pairingswere lovely. This place is kind of a Toronto staple and I've never been! Was super pleased with my experience will definitelytry to return again and enjoy their patio in the warmer months. Such a treat! Amazing casual vibes and gorgeous decor. Some of the best coffee in the city. Really grateful to the staff who... were super friendly and helpful even though it was pretty busy. Wow, all I can say is wow. Phenomenal food even though they only had their pantry menu available. I cannot begin to describe... how wonderful their food is, it is full of wonderful flavour. Service was also very knowledgeable and very kind. Atmosphere isalso very cute. We sat by the window which was lovely, as people watching is always fun :) Read more
