Unbelievably unprofessional. I opened the food like this. The portion is so small i can see the bottom of the container. Ordered... through ubereats. Seems like im not the only one who got this kind of experience. Chefs must have been hungry to take a bite outof it before serving the food. I probably visit this location maybe once a week - always walk in to order. Last time I ordered, I was in a rush and decided to... place the order with Ritual (please see attached photo.) I can swear on anything AND EVERYTHING that this is literally what Ireceived. It?s super frustrating knowing that if I had walked in and placed the order IN STORE, my lunch would have been puttogether nicely. I don?t think I should have to be present to get a proper meal. Anyways, Ritual basically said they couldn?t doanything but give me ?bonus? points and that any further action would have to be done at the discretion of the restaurant. My wife and I had eaten from this location several times throughout the past couple of years and the food was always tasty.... Tonight, however, it was really bad. The rice and chicken tasted like they were cooked in the morning (and when we walked intothe restaurant, we saw enough chicken on the rotisserie to feed a village!), the salad tasted like it was leftovers fromyesterday, and the sauces tasted stale, like dusty and old. The chicken to rice ratio was also way off. This was verydisappointing, and we're not sure whether we'll be eating from here again. Read more
We either get it delivered or go there. The food is so good and for the price the portions are big. I love their chicken half... and half, you get half fries and half rice. But sometimes I get the falafel with rice. The falafel is good but I feel I've hadother ones that were softer, not so crispy like these otherwise they are flavourful and you get good portions. I also like howthey give you alot of the sauce, I love it. Totally recommend and great service everytime I go there. Read more
