Decided to get our shawarmas from this place on national shawarma day. Decided I wanted fries after I had placed my order and... waiting for it and because there was a line up the server threw in some fries on the house which was really sweet. Also, ididn't expect the shawarma to be as good given it cost only $5 but was pleasantly surprised when the quality was just as a fullpriced item. Read more
I ordered the chicken on the rocks shawarma with garlic on the side. Employee name Rohit , put extra garlic on the shawarma and... it was like i am going to drink that shawarma rather eating it. Really disappointed with the customer service and the employeewas really rude. The chicken was also uncooked and not shredded at all. Please do review the issue. Read more
Our first time trying this shawarma restaurant and it is a great twist on the typical style. It has an Egyptian twist on a lot... of the menu and it adds a unique spice and flavor which I really enjoyed. The portions are large for the price. The spicevaries from levels 1 to 5 ( and I think it goes higher but my wife didn't ask ). I believe my serving was a heat level 4 and itwasn't too hot and just added the right flavor. Two shawarma plates plus a salad for around 30 to $40 could feed easily forpeople. Great food, friendly staff and a good place to try if you haven't! Read more
Edit: just tried to call the store...but the phone number is not in service... Really dissapointed of today's shawarma wrap.... Usually I get really good shawarma wraps from this place..but I order delivery. Today I went in the store. The in-storeexperience was bad too... when I walked in, there was only one person behind the counter and one customer. Both of them staredat me while I walked up the counter. The guy behind the counter didn't greet me. I said hello first. It was VERYuncomfortable. I donno if it's because I'm Asian and they think I don't know what a shawarma looks like. Or because I left thestore for a minute and wasn't keeping an eye while he was wrapping it so he decided to put less chicken in... Didn't even ask mewhat sauce I wanted... You can see in the pictures the terrible wrapping job he did... the shawarma was all loose too... Andwhere is the meat?!?! Usually the meats bursting out of the wrap!! Seriously dissapointed... Note to myself: 1. Don?t go here on a busy day like National Shawarma day. The food is made in absolute rush and therefore... tastes half cooked. 2. Their staff wore masks below their nose. 3. Chicken on the Rocks is over rated. Chicken shawarma wasgood. But then again it depends on the topping and sauce. Chicken tasted just meh! Read more
Tasty shawarma and good service at this location. The food is prepared fresh to order and doesn't disappoint when it comes to... taste and quality. The portions are good for the prices and service is generally quite fast and efficient. The staff here aresuper friendly - definitely get the classic 'On The Rocks' with some spicy sauce if you're craving that kick! Read more
