Very, very terrible food and customer service. PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! They are not an actual restaurant, and very... fraudulent. The food was very terrible, and when we called to complain they hung up on us and told us if we don?t like the food,we should not order from here. I have no idea how they have 4.6 stars. As a South Asian and lover of Indian cuisine I am extremely disappointed by how far this food missed the mark. The butter... chicken was quite tasteless, lacking in salt and the characteristic flavour, the lamb rack was shamefully raw ( I avoidedposting a picture incase there are people who actually want to retain their appetites and the contents of their stomach) and theonion bajees were soggy. This was my second time ordering from 'Order Indian Food', as our first experience was quite good. However this time the food... was not consistent with the meals we had previously, as an example the meat in the lamb biryani was tough and not as melt inyour mouth as when we had ordered previously. Portions also seemed a bit smaller and the mixed veg pickle was a tiny containerfor $2.95 which is a rip-off. The butter chicken and chilli chicken dhaba style were the best tasting dishes. Read more
I was staying at one king west hotel and residence for the night and i really wanted to eat some spicy food and i ordered some... food around 10.25 pm in a stormy weather today in Toronto. Lamb korma and butter chicken was simply great even the plain ricewas aromatic. They even thought of sending some plates and cutlery. The delivery guys were courteous.Highly recommended toanyone. The garlic naan buttery heaven, yeasty goodness! The crust was crisp, very flavorful, and chewy all at the same time. The samosa... appetizers were packed with so much flavor I honestly couldn't believe it! They worked together beautifully with the maincourse. The chicken melted in our mouths with a butter sauce which is beyond Comprehension; it was a party in my mouth. No wordscan describe the taste absolute Masterpiece! We had never tasted Indian food like this in our lives..WOW! If anyone wants totaste Authentic Indian food from a restaurant which is absolutely BRILLIANT for any occasion.
