They ran out of certain tapioca and told me either I have to accept what they recommend or I have to cancel the order on my end... with Uber which is not true . When the user cancel an order we will get penalty charge . It is the responsibility of therestaurant / vendor . Terrible / rude customer service. Update : the way they responded to this review just show how?professional? they are . They never ?help? me call Uber. Also they couldn?t recognize that it not the customer?s responsibilityto cancel their order if the restaurant ran out of product . One of the worst bubble tea places. Poor staff. The milk they gave me smelled funny. The taste was absolutely horrible. I tried... a couple ones with my friends. Still regret the 20 dollars i spent there. They gave a option for free bubble tea if you sign upwhich is a scam. They give you extra tapioca:))) Read more
MAY 2022: Update review: 1 star After my recent 3 visits, I decided to update my review to provide a more updated experience.... The past few times I have been to this location, the service have dramatically dropped, long wait times, slow service. EverytimeI visited, the drink I would like to order is out of stock - totoro drink with the ube puree, oolong milk tea and toppingoptions like onezo tapioca. Quality of the drinks have also dropped, flavoring and taste are sub par. JAN 2022: 4 stars I havevisited this location multiple of times and pretty satisfy with their drinks. They promo house made fresh tapioca toppings whichthey offer a few selections to choose from (available to add on for extra cost). Onezo tapioca is usually my go to which neverdisappoints. Price for add ons is more expensive compared to other bubble tea stores. The flavor of the drinks are tasty,exactly what you would expect, does not taste diluted. Since this location is compact, it does not allow more than 3 customersin the store without feeling tight. On busier days there's usually 2 staff working and most common ordered drinks arepre-assembled, so wait times are not too long. Read more
Visited this place after dinner and got myself a Grapefruit Green Tea with OneZo Tapioca. I usually would've gotten Taro from... here but today my stomach was not doing so well, so I had to stay away from milk tea and dairy related drinks. The grapefruitwasn't to my liking, however I gave this place a 5* because I really enjoy their Tapioca. Normally I do not order Tapioca atmany other places other than OneZo, there's definitely something about their Tapioca! Read more
I asked the worker a question and the gentleman was kind enough to explain the difference of why their brown sugar milk tea was... called ?brown sugar dirty milk tea?. We had a great laugh and the service was quick! Would go back and recommend as the tapiocawas perfectly made. Read more
Their Tapioca is super chewy and they have very unique flavours unlike any other Bubble Tea place. If you go late during the day... they might run out of certain popular QQ/ Tapiocas - happened to me a few times. Other than that I tried most of their BubbleTeas and they are all good. The ones that stood out the most is the Totaro Milk Tea with Purple Taro. The Brown Sugar Dirty MilkTea and the OneZo Milk Tea is pretty good as well. I would recommend trying this bubble tea shop for their unique QQ Tapiocas. Read more
Good flavours and great prices for the sizes. I tried the Taro milk tea with Onezo toppings and it was good!
